Annual Literacy Tea

Glazier Tea Logo

The 2020 Literacy Tea is scheduled for Sunday, March 29th from 3 - 5 PM.

This year, we're pleased to announce that our Literacy Tea is renamed The Marvin & Sheri Glazier Literacy Tea in recognition of Sheri Glazier's generous gift to our newly created endowment.

All proceeds support our mission.

This event is a passport to a living library where guests will be invited to tour nearly 40 tables, each decorated to represent a favorite children's book. Literature comes alive as a Maine author/illustrator shares his/her work and sumptuous snacks and pastries are served. And of course, no tea party is complete without the tea provided by Tea Maineia.

Tickets go on sale February 26th. If you'd like us to notify you, email us with your interest.

If you'd like to sponsor this event, contact us for more information.

For community volunteers interested in designing/hosting a table, here is the letter and registration form to reserve your spot today!
